| Welcome to Venturing Crew 241! As a crew, we invite you to take a look at our program, photo gallery, and some of our videos. We are an Outdoor High Adventure Crew, and over the past few years, we have backpacked the 100-Mile Wilderness in Maine, Canoed the Allagash Wilderness Waterway in Maine, climbed Mount Washington in New Hampshire (in Spring and Winter!), hiked and biked in Acadia National Park, backpacked at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico, and in 2010 backpacked the high Sierras in the John Muir Wilderness in California. In 2011, we were whitewater rafting, whitewater canoeing, and caving in West Virginia and Virginia. You are welcome to visit with us at any of our meetings, and take a look at our event listing for this program year. We are always looking for new ideas and new members, so stop on by! |
